Adam Hawkes is a Leadership Coach at velocityHUB. He also currently holds the position of Northeast General Manager at Kony, an industry leading Mobile Application Development Platform (MADP) software company headquartered in Austin Texas. Kony Customers include more than 70 Fortune 500 companies and global brands. In his current role Adam is responsible for developing value based solutions that are specifically aligned with customer requirements and deliver quantifiable return on investment.
During his 18 year successful career Adam has served in a variety of sales management and individual contributor positions where he has delivered contracts worth over $50,000,000 in net new software licensing revenue. Former sales organizations include Opsware acquired by Hewlett Packard, BEA Systems acquired by Oracle Corporation, PostX acquired by CISCO, and Parametric Technology Corporation.
Adam has a proven track record delivering end customer value, driven through IT transformation to organizations like Aetna, Raytheon, Staples, CVS Health, EMC, Fidelity, General Electric, State Street Bank, Thompson Reuters, Harvard University, CIGNA, John Hancock, Liberty Mutual, Pitney Bowes, Pfizer, Putnam, Parametric Technology, Iron Mountain, LL Bean, & ESPN.
Adam holds a bachelor’s degree in marketing from Plymouth State University, where he was two sport NCAA standout in Lacrosse (Team Captain), Football. He holds multiple lacrosse scoring records and awards. In his free time Adam enjoys training for and running the Boston Marathon as a member of the Dana Farber Cancer Institute team where he has raised more than $25,000 for Dana Farber Cancer Institute in his last three Marathon appearances (2012, 2013, & 2015). Adam is a New England native and currently resides in Southern New Hampshire with his wife Carolyn, and three children Abigail, Andrew, and Lyla.
